What to include

Anything is welcome, but these details save a round trip and get you a faster answer.

• Story tips and pitches. Something we should be covering, or a story you think has been reported wrong elsewhere. A link and a sentence on why it matters beats a pitch deck.
• Corrections. Include the article link and what is wrong. A source helps but is not required — see the corrections policy for how these are handled.
• Privacy requests. Access, correction, or deletion of data we hold about you. Send it from the address you subscribed with where possible, so we can find the record.

Response times

Informed Token is a small operation, so replies are not instant. We aim to acknowledge corrections within two working days and privacy requests within the timeframes set out in the privacy policy. General enquiries may take longer.
